1. Ordering
Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, Bolt Food, or Chowdeck. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Orders are prepared after confirmation and payment arrangement.
2. Delivery
We deliver within Accra starting from 3:30 PM daily. Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and order volume. We aim to deliver your food as quickly and freshly as possible.
3. Payments
Payment methods are confirmed during order placement. Please complete payment before delivery is dispatched unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will work to resolve it fairly.
5. Food Quality & Allergies
We prepare food with fresh ingredients. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us when ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Changes to Terms
Chizzy Hub may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
